Space finds its order here.
Devagya designs homes, offices and buildings where classical Vastu technique, scientific verification and contemporary architecture work as one discipline, not three.
Old order. New proof. New form.
- Space in Balance
- Energy in Flow
- Design with Purpose
- Life in Harmony
Vastu & Modern Design
Ancient spatial principles. Contemporary interpretation.
Vastu Shastra, at its core, is a body of observations about how a built space relates to direction, light, airflow and the people who use it. Devagya treats it the way it was meant to be treated — as a discipline to be studied alongside, not instead of, the practical realities of a site.
Every Vastu recommendation we give is considered alongside spatial planning, movement, natural light, orientation, function and proportion — not issued in isolation. Where a classical principle and a practical constraint pull in different directions, we work through that tension with the client rather than picking one and ignoring the other.
The result is guidance you can actually build from — not a list of dos and don'ts with no explanation behind them.
Our Method
How a project actually moves.
01
Understand
We start with the people, the purpose and the space as it exists today.
02
Analyse
We study spatial relationships, directions, structure and functional flow.
03
Interpret
We translate classical Vastu principles into specific, practical spatial insight.
04
Refine
We develop recommendations that respect the character of the existing space.
05
Align
We arrive at a more intentional relationship between the people and the place.
Services
Where we work.
01Vastu Consultation
A full reading of your plot or existing structure — entry points, room placement, elemental balance — checked against sun-path, soil and structural data, with clear, practical corrections.
02Residential Vastu
Vastu-led design for homes — layouts, room placement and orientation resolved from the first sketch, not corrected afterward.
03Commercial & Workplace Vastu
Vastu-integrated planning for offices and workplaces — entry, seating and zone placement that supports how a team actually works.
04Spatial Planning
Full architectural and spatial planning for buildings and multi-unit projects, backed by structural and site analysis.
05Signature Spaces
Spaces designed around identity, purpose and atmosphere — for homes, offices and buildings that should feel distinct, not generic.
06Personalised Vastu Guidance
One-on-one guidance for a specific room, decision or existing issue — practical, direct, and scoped to what you actually need.
Signature Spaces
Spaces that carry identity, not just floor area.
Identity First
Identity first. Layout second.
Before a single wall is drawn, we ask what a space is meant to feel like, who moves through it, and what it needs to do — for the family that lives there, or the company that works from it.
Vastu principles and structural planning are then applied to that answer, not the other way around. The proportion, the light, the sequence of rooms — all of it follows from the identity of the space, not a template.
Applies to a private home, a company's workspace, or a full building — single floors and multi-unit projects included.
About
Three disciplines.
One practice.
For generations, Vastu Shastra has guided how a home should meet the sun, how a threshold should be placed, how a room should hold the people living in it. Every project at Devagya starts there — with a plot, a direction, and that older discipline of reading a space before building on it.
We test that reading against measurable data: sun-path and daylight study, soil and drainage behaviour, wind and ventilation, structural load. Where tradition and measurement agree, we build with confidence. Where they don't, we work out why before a single wall goes up.
Only then do we design the building itself — structure, material, proportion, light — the way any serious architecture practice would, for a client building in the present, not four centuries ago.
We work with individuals building their first home, companies planning their next office, and developers laying out a floor or an entire building. The scale changes. The method doesn't.
Old order. New proof. New form.
